for mine and John's birthday we got $60 from my wonderful Grandma. I have been searching KSL for months now for a chair that I could reupholster, that was also cheap enough that it would be worth it for us. On my birthday I checked that and found this one for only $25 and knew I couldn't pass it up! It was exactly what I had been looking for, for our future nursery.
In the second picture I stripped all the fabric and padding. I decided to keep the back supports and just tighten them up by undoing one and nailing it back in tighter. I already picked out my fabric which I got on sale for $2 a yard and I got 3 yards so a total of $6.41 a fantastic deal! I cant do anything more right now until the upholstery foam I'm ordering comes in!
